Information we process
When you visit the site, our hosting, security and EU analytics services process standard connection data such as your IP address, device or browser information, requested page and request time. RoamMetric has no accounts or contact form and uses no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver, operate and protect the site, improve the service, understand aggregate use, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Privacy-minimal product measurement
RoamMetric keeps a first-party aggregate event log for page and source categories, comparison starts and completions, bounded filter changes and no-result outcomes. Each row contains only the server time and the listed allowlisted categories. It contains no IP address, user agent, cookie, fingerprint, email address, free text, exact page or referrer URL, provider destination or persistent identifier. We also use PostHog EU in cookieless mode for the same bounded product events plus provider-plan openings. Session replay, autocapture, person profiles and persistent browser storage are disabled. PostHog processes connection data in the EU to receive events and generate a privacy-preserving cookieless hash.
Outbound plan clicks
When you open a provider plan, RoamMetric records anonymous aggregate outbound-click records for service measurement. A record contains the provider, source plan ID, destination, selected duration and allowance bucket, currency, result position, locale and time. Breeze product links carry an UpPromote referral parameter, Yesim links carry its partner identifier, and Maya Mobile and Airalo links use Impact affiliate tracking. We do not store your IP address in this click record, set a cookie, fingerprint your device or include email or other personal details.
